To request a return, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order at hello@rustese.com.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
